Every brewery has a few beers that helped start the story. These are ours.
Created by the original Odd Guys, these recipes helped shape the flavor, personality, and community behind Three Odd Guys Brewing. We are proud to keep them pouring as a tribute to where the brand began — and as part of the next chapter we are building in Longwood. By the way... "Choose to be Different".
CHIEF'S HORSE FEATHERS
Hail To The Chief! Chief's Horse Feathers is playfully light, charmingly crisp, deliciously buttery and an all around perfect style Blonde Ale. It's easy to enjoy and refreshingly honest with light ingredients that make you smile. It'll have you saying "Awwwww Horse Feathers". It's a simple beer made great to honor the life and service of son, father, grandfather, husband and friend, Chief Petty Officer - Boatswain Mate Paul "Chief" Ivey.
Blonde / Golden Ale | ABV 5.5% | IBU 26
APK IPA
Originally Brewed in Apopka, Florida APK IPA is a balanced India Pale Ale that's not too hoppy and not too bitter. It has hints of orange making this delicious beer easy to drink on any given day.
IPA - American | ABV 7.4% | IBU 68
Come with us on a MidKnight Bikeride. It's a deliciously balanced Imperial / Double that is not too hoppy and not too bitter. It's just right. This Malt forward beer, with hints of orange is an easy drinker and will quickly become one of your favorite Double IPAs. It may even have you hopping on a bicycle around midnight to take a spin to celebrate.

MIDKNIGHT BIKE RIDE
FENCE CHECK BROWN ALE
Sometimes, when you're sitting out in the backyard having a few beers, you just have to check the fence. Fence Check Brown Ale is an easy drinking, non-traditional hop profile, light bodied American Brown Ale. The creamy, nutty and chocolaty flavors make this Brown sinfully easy to drink.

PURPLE MANE PALE ALE
Inspired by the purple pride and roaring match day energy of Orlando soccer fans, Purple Mane Pale Ale is brewed for hot Florida days, pre-game pints, and post-win celebrations.
This balanced pale ale gives you a little hop character up front without overwhelming the palate, then finishes smooth, clean, and refreshing. It is approachable enough for casual beer drinkers but flavorful enough for pale ale fans looking for something crisp, local, and full of Orlando spirit.

ORANGE MOON RISING
Brewed under the glow of Florida sunsets and full-moon patio nights, Orange Moon Rising is our bright, refreshing take on a Belgian-style witbier. Hazy, smooth, and approachable, it blends soft wheat character with tangy orange, citrusy aroma, Belgian yeast notes, and a subtle hint of coriander spice.
With low bitterness and a creamy finish, this is a great intro beer for new craft drinkers while still delivering the classic witbier character that seasoned beer fans appreciate. It is light, refreshing, citrus-forward, and brewed for Florida drinking weather. Light. Citrusy. Smooth. A little mysterious.

LONGWOOD LAGER
Longwood Lager is our hometown Helles — smooth, balanced, refreshing, and brewed for the place we are proud to call home. It brings classic German lager tradition together with a little new-school personality, using Hallertau noble hops, Nelson Sauvin hops, German lager yeast, and natural carbonation for a crisp, clean pint with a beautiful foamy head.
It is the beer for sunny afternoons, neighborhood hangouts, “just one more” conversations, and anyone who believes a simple beer can still be seriously well made.

Beach Line Kölsch is our light and crisp Florida crusher brewed for beach days, poolside hangs, and any afternoon that feels better with your toes in the sand. It is clean, refreshing, and smooth with just enough subtle fruit character to keep things interesting.
No overthinking. No heavy bitterness. Just an easy-drinking Kölsch built for sunshine, salt air, and one more round before the cooler runs dry.

RED HEADS WRATH
Redheads have a reputation. This beer does absolutely nothing to calm that down.
Red Heads Wrath is bold, smooth, malty, and just fiery enough to keep you honest. It rolls in with caramel sweetness, a little hop bite, fruity character, and a finish that drinks smoother than a 9% beer has any business drinking.
It is balanced. It is dangerous. It is probably already plotting your next pour.

DISORDER
Life gets messy. Beer should make it better.
Disorder Porter leans into the chaos with bold espresso flavor, roasted malt depth, and a smooth dark finish that keeps everything just under control. It is rich without being heavy, roasty without being harsh, and balanced enough to make “just one porter” turn into a second round.

MINTY CHOCOLATE WITH BENEFITS
You know that little chocolate mint you grab on the way out after dinner? We turned that feeling into a beer.
Minty Chocolate With Benefits brings together rich roasted chocolate, smooth porter depth, and a cool kiss of peppermint for a dessert-inspired pour that is bold, balanced, and surprisingly refreshing. It is sweet enough to feel like a treat, roasty enough to stay beer-forward, and minty enough to make your mouth do a little happy dance.

Cactus Limeade is our tropical sour getaway packed with prickly pear, pineapple, and lime. It is bright, tart, juicy, and ridiculously refreshing — the kind of beer that tastes like poolside lounging, beach-road daydreams, and a tiny umbrella that somehow never made it into the glass.

Happiness is not always complicated. Sometimes it is cold, bubbly, tropical, and glowing orange.
Opalite Hard Seltzer brings passion fruit, orange, and guava together in a light, crisp, refreshing pour that tastes like sunshine with a little sparkle. It is full of flavor without being heavy, bright without being too sweet, and easy enough to sip while you decide that today is, in fact, going to be a good one.

SUNBURNT AND ZESTY
This is what happens when blood orange meets Florida attitude.
Sunburnt and Zesty is light, bubbly, citrusy, and full of smiles — like a beach day in a glass without the sand in your shoes. Blood orange brings a bold, juicy flavor with just enough tartness to keep things refreshing, while the crisp seltzer finish keeps it clean and easy to enjoy.

SANTA'S BELLY
Santa’s Belly Eggnogg is a festive Winter Warmer brewed with cozy holiday flavor in mind. Smooth, lightly sweet, and warming, it brings notes of eggnog spice, vanilla, and soft malt character in a glass made for cooler nights, ugly sweaters, and holiday cheer.
Rich enough to feel seasonal, but easy enough to enjoy more than once, this one brings big belly energy without needing a chimney.
